Hey guys! This is new track start writing and I would like to get some opinions about race start. I would like to compete in disciplines like 1,000 or 10,000 meters and I would like to hear what do you think about Track start or traditional start? Which one is more efficient? I think that would be track start, and you?

Hello there future track star! I am really happy to see young people think like this and I am sure that this kind of thinking is the only way you can really become a champion. But there are some other necessary steps as well. First of all you have to get to know the discipline in all its details. One of the details is that there is different kind of track starts and it all depends on how log is the run. Once you find out this, you will have no need to ask other people what they think. There are some things that are simply written in stone and one of those is track start for disciplines like 1,000 and 10,000 meters.
