In case you didn't know the Tour De Pain is a 3 race series in Jacksonville Florida that occurs between 7:30 Friday and 7:30 on Saturday night. Overall I did pretty well. I didn't hit all my goals but they were pretty aggressive ones that I had set!

Whew! I'm tired just looking at all that effort! Sounds like fun though, I wish they had stuff like that up here. Way to go!

The only time I was really dissappointed in was my 5K time. I was hoping to get a new overall PR of sub 21:35! But I think that is to much to expect after 2 other races in the previous 24 hours so I will take.
Next Race:
Carrabba's Summer Beach Run! (5 miles on Jacksonville Beach)
