Ms Jenn, I recommend the Roth.

I'm something like 203 out of 556 in line for the new Crichton.

Grisham has a new book coming out in January, I believe. I put my name down on August 4. I was 212. Now there are 1100 names on the hold list for this one.

I am reading, 100 decisive battles in history 100 key battles where the result had a lasting impact on history somehow
and
The Soul of Battle, how 3 great liberators vanquished tyranny.
About Generals Epaminondas from Greek Antiquity, William Techumseh Sherman of the Union Army and General George Patton. A combination of biographies, character studies and military study of the men as leaders.

Very good stuff.
