Well, season is starting to hit here. My favorite meal, call it bruschetta, or whatever you want:
Slice tomatoes from the garden. Arrange on bread or bagel. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, fresh basil, oregano, what ever you have from the garden. Broil until cheese melts. Eat!!
Second favorite meal:
Tomatoes
Cottage Cheese
Popcorn Rice Cakes. Slather cottage cheese on rice cake, top with tomato. Eat for any meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Tomatoes sprinkled with rice wine vinegar and a little salt. YUM!!!
Or, top your favorite baked potato topping with chopped tomato. YUM!!

yum....
i also like hierloom tomatoes sliced with mozerella cheese (or cottage cheese) and fresh basil in between. Sort of a tomato tower.

I have been making a lot of salsa lately and I always use tomatoes in my salad.
I do have a question, when dicing a tomato for a salad, do you use the inner seed part or toss it?
