That being said, I would much rather shovel snow. My driveway is a lot smaller than my yard and I don't live in the artic like Jrjo!

Shovel snow. After I suffered through my little bout of heat stroke last summer, mowing really has lost its charm for me.
This summer, Libby learns to use the mower! (Although I won't let her do it when it's 90+ and high humidity. Lesson learned.)

All I know is, next time I own 1/2+ acres, I'm getting a riding mower.
If I have a snow blower, then I'm happy doing either job.
