If you were facing me looking at the back of my hand, it would be my right. But it's not directed at you 
I have a gogo Gadget Left Arm that can actually reach up and over the roof of my car so that no impressionable children can see said finger when I am prompted to use it while driving. It came with years of practice.

As they're supposed to , the fingers on my left hand look pretty much like those on the right - index matches index, thumb matches thumb, etc. Except for my ring fingers - they don't look anything like each other. The left one is skinny and straight. The right one is more club-like (?) at the tip. And the nails look nothing like each other, either.
