Ironman GPS watch @ $79.99. Anyone know if it's worth it?

I thought they had these at campmor for a good price, but not this good.

If it's a better price, then of course it's worth it. Even though it was a small PITA finding a place that would replace the battery when it wore out.
But you know the moment you lay the money down, you'll find an even better price.

That's all I needed to hear. A little Wobegon Warbler told me that a while back. Guess I just needed reassurance for quality over price.

...the Garmin is going to give you the GPS capabilities for geocaching and plotting other points for fishing and such.
This Ironman is a good deal if all you do is care about workout distance, but I suspect being the map junkie you are, you'll want to see the courses plotted and have the download capabilities.
