my standard tip WAS $5-7; i guess it needs to be more.

I always give 20-30% because damn, that's hard work. But 10% for basic massage, 20% for excellent "oh-my-god-I've-never-felt-better-in-all-my-life" massage is the rule of thumb.

I usually tip around 20%. Theres one place we go to that has web specials. Usually the massages are 1/2 price and they include the tip with the fee.
