Just writing a quick review, since I mentioned it in the RR Hangout a while ago.
It's your standard watch. I find the buttons are easy to use, especially the start/lap button. Very easy to use, basically no complicated functions. It's got your basic stopwatch with 50 lap capacity, date, time, alarm, a countdown mode, and some other mode I haven't tinkered with yet. But supposedly you can set it to give an alarm at specific intervals, like you would use for tempo running. Easy 7 minutes, alarm, hard 5, alarm, etc.
It's a comfortable wrist band, and the "flow through" design really do help keep that spot on your wrist from being uncomfortable. Not sure how it equates to other running watches (I assume they're all basically the same), but if you don't have a watch with lap counters, this would be a good buy. I got mine for $39.99 at a local sporting goods store. Worth every penny.

I have the same watch. LOVE it. Wear it for races, indoor running, routes where I 100% know the length, and in the pool. I also use it as an alarm clock when I'm traveling.
The only pitfall: if you lose weight you need a new band (as I do now), because the watch begins to shift. The fabric band "remembers" its normal closure length and bends permanently to accommodate it.
