Look at an electoral college map --- there are several online --- my favorite is the LA Times (requires registration) --- because it gives you the latest poll data in each state...
I'm not asking who you are voting for -- just your predicted electoral college outcome.
Here is mine -- Kerry wins MN, WI, MI, OH, PA, NJ, NM
Bush takes FL, AR, MO, IA, NV and CO
Final outcome:
Kerry - 277
Bush - 261
Closest wins:
virtual slap on the back!

I'm just including my scenario among some of the closest (swing states) races....

I got:
Bush: 299
Kerry: 239
Upset is that Pennsylvania goes to Bush
I am giving most of the upper midwest, most of the Northeast, the Pacific States, to Kerry

I will defer to Alan up to this point on numbers, he and I have it about the same but I think NV will go Kerry based on a strong union vote coming out of Las vegas.
So:
Kerry 273
Bush 265
But I think Kerry will take the popular vote by a larger margin than Gore did in 2000.
I feel about this election the same way I did about the Sox victory. I don't want to jinx anything but I did pick up a Tuesday night bottle of champagne at the State Store
Weather anyone? 50% chance of rain in Philly on Tuesday, don't recall how the rest of the country (or Northeast) looks. Could be a factor but maybe not much given the alignment of the country at this moment.

Unlike Cappy, I predict Kerry will take PA.
I also predict someone will win, someone will lose, and everyone will be pissed for some reason.

I predict that the two true swing states are Michigan and Florida. I've guessed that they will go to Kerry. My other predictions based on my gut and not much else:
Kerry/Edwards: NV, CO, MN, MI, OH, FL (265)
Bush/Cheney: , NH< PA, WI, IA, NM, NV (273)
Again, just best guessing on my limited knowledge and gut.

I'm going with this...but I think Kerry might get NM and I think WI will be this years FL....with all eyes on the Milwaukee area for fraud. Kerry will get the vote and Bush will call a recount. I was surprised that he didn't in 2000. Kerry will call recount in IA. Maybe in SD....how hard could it be to count 50 cards, huh, coach?
