Has anyone ever participated in Timberline trial marathon in Oregon? What can you tell me about it? Id like to apply, but I dont know where. Ive only heard that its great race and there are, apparently several kinds of races. Im not a pro and I hope its open for everybody. Is there any fee or something that has to be paid? Thanks in advance.

Timberline Trial Marathon in Oregon is one of the greatest racing events Ive ever seen. Maybe its because of the beautiful nature. Its held on the Pacific Crest Trail, which is a famous as one of the most picturesque trails. There are marathon, duathlon and triathlon categories and everybody can participate. Ive applied on the site of the company which organizes all these events Rogue Multi Sport. There is a fee which is, in my opinion, symbolic and it is around 60 bucks. If you run this marathon, you earn Trail Runner Trophy Series points and have the unique opportunity to see the beautiful scenery of Oregon. I suggest you to apply and feel the true spirit of trail running. Good luck.
