9 mile run in the rain in a white dry-release shirt. I guess that is why the wimmins were waving.
Easy spin tonight.

beautiful lunch time along Lake Ontario .... felt like crap all morning and did NOT want to go out today .... but .... my best yet since starting over, 4km in 30:15
tried something new ..... actually sat down last night, calculated and set my HRM watch with a realistic target heart range. ran to it, rather than just 200m walk/run intervals .... today, my pace and average heart rate were both better. I ran past where I would normally have stopped (because my interval was up), and for the most part I think I actually "ran" more than walked. was bushed by the end of the 4km, but probably would have been willing to try to push it to 5km if my lunch time allowed it
overall .... an excellent lunch time run
hey TriBob .... Looking Good !!!

6 miles.
It's about time this week!
I need to get my mental game on now.
School's out. Now I can focus on my running.

5 miles. slow. My legs were a little tired from the 10 the day before. I think they are also pre-tired for saturday's 20.
