Hmm. I would guess PH's, but I thought he had an office, plus, there isn't enough bike stuff in there or enough computer stuff. Maybe Cappy's?
Besides that, I don't have a clue. That printer doesn't look bad though. Is that a LaserJet 4 with an extra paper tray? Those are good old workhorses.
Is it sad I could tell what model printer that was?
