To me, 2hrs on the treadmill is even more impressive. I pass out from boredom around the 45 minute mark.

That makes it more impressive! I know when the winter rolls around I'll have to really struggle to do 13 miles on a treadmill.

Wow, rock, 13 on the treadmill, way to go!!
Went to the gym. Began working on abdominals. I can tell I really slacked off on these! Did some weight training with the back, ignored my arms and aching legs. Then did 30 minutes on the ellipitical.
