First run since Sunday and pulling a back muscle. 4 miles around the block in 43 minutes. Also counts as my hills workout since my nice 1/2 mile hill is part of the run.
Scared up two deer. The rain and sleet turned into nice fluffy snowflakes by mile 3.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Wow! Congrats! 12:00 first mile? Run 'em over!
Me? Rest day today. Now I feel like crap. Dying to get out. Too much work to do, desk bound. In the morning, I'll feel that good pain again.

3rd track session with the club I joined this month!
1 mile w/u
2 miles of (100m jog, 100m sprint) on the track. First 6 laps were OK but last 2 felt absolutely brutal and I had to catch up in the jogs. Found it hard as there didn't really feel to be any recovery. Compared to the people I was doing it with, I have speed for the first few but no endurance or strength! However, think it went well as I only started running again in August, so can't complain.
I was also pleased as it's the first time I've managed to do a full session with them (before, if they were doing 400s, I'd do the first 200, etc and have a longer recovery too).
1 mile c/d
It wasn't too cold, either
