turkey trot race. blizzard at the start. thunder, sleet, 20 mph wind gusts. i felt insane standing there wondering how i'd ever make it home after this run; the roads got really bad really fast.
did a 26:30, 3 minutes off my normal time but that course was slush and my shoes were filling with ice and i smelled a broken hip so i slogged along with people who'd never done a 5K before.
at least i'll have energy to spare for the rest of the day.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Berbee Derby 10K - Fitchburg, WI:

wind: 30-40
54:19. Considering the elements and my religious mill running, not too shabby.
