7 miles at 6:15 this morning in 1:05:00 I forgot to hit the start button :doh: ! so I took my return time and doubled it.!
It was:
66°F Cloudy
Feels Like 66°F
UV Index: 0 Low
Dew Point: 61°F
Humidity: 84%
The temperature has been going up 15 degrees a day for the last 3 days! At this rate it is going to be 80 tomorrow morning for my 20 mile run.
