2 hours of mountain biking
Rode with a guy from the local mtn biking club. Learned the courses for all of the races and picked up a lot of good tips and lines.

another 2.1 today. Today I felt the exact opposite of yesterday. I felt like I had no form and like I could not breath properly. It was a suggle to continue. I could not believe my time at the end. 25 seconds faster than yesterday. It just reminds me that the days where everything comes together are great and make running very enjoyable, but the days where it is a struggle to move your feet are the days that give you the most reward.
