Kettlebell workout. Didn't time it. I think I'm going to give running another go this weekend, hopefully my shins won't fight it too much.

6.072 miles in :55:52.00. Not a great run, but finished better than I thought I would.
Twenty minutes of weights split between the gym and home. Legs and triceps.

A full second faster than yesterday's run! Just another easy run. Nice night, 47 degrees and clear. Would have been a star-filled sky if I didn't live in the city.

1550 m swim in the afternoon
10.3 mile run in the evening, 1:14:09, 7:12 pace...I'm surprised that this pace felt quite easy (together with a lower heartrate) as I wasn't even breathing hard (except on a steep hill)..
