3.1 miles, 34:53. Cold, dark, windy, and kinda snowy in parts. Almost didn't go out, knowing that I had no class tomorrow night so I could do it then, but I got my butt out there like a good girl. So now I get to do absolutely nothing but eat pizza and drink beer tomorrow night!

Holy crap!
2 hour hike in the morning around the beautiful island just south of me. I've lived here a year now and just finally got to the trail! It's a new favorite and it's only 5 minutes to the parking lot.
Afternoon I did my new Billy Blank's Ultimate Boot Camp workout immediately followed by Denise Austin's Pilates.
Friday morning: I hurt like no other from what I don't know. I'm thinking it was ol Billy that did a number on me though! Tough!
