7 easy miles. Warmer up here rob, the lake temp is still in the 70's, but pretty soon it's going to make up for it when the snow machine kicks in....

Look at your feet - if they are moving faster than usual and striking the ground instead of pedals then you're running.....

6.5 not so pleasant miles. I have no clue why I felt so dead. I felt like I could have walked faster today. Oh well--I plugged away and got it done. Rest tomorrow and 10 mile race on Saturday!

A good run today. 5.28 miles in :42:21.72 (8:01.39); had a sub-eight pace through the five-mile mark - went over only because if the cool-down.
