8 miles in 1:03:47, 7:58 pace. Nice run followed by an ab workout designed by the devil.

Warmup -- 15 minutes of walking/bouncing trying to get my daughter to sleep. For those of you without children, you'd be surprized how much this works the hips and back!
Bike to work -- 10km in 23:04 (damn red lights - hit every one ).
Lots of fog today, but still above freezing...

Nada. I thought about doing a couple of miles this morning, but decided to let my knee get some more rest.

Did a 2.55 mile race (organized by school intramurals) at around noontime (it's supposed to be a 5k but it's always under). Was a bit hesitant as I was still a bit stiff from yesterday's intervals but went ahead to do it. Finished in 14:50 (5:49 pace), ended up in 4th place (out of 47). Did the same course about a year ago in 16:10 (6:20 pace)...I'm quite amazed at how much progress I've made in a year...
1.25 mile warmup, 1.5 mile cooldown.
Swim practice (1300 m of drills and kick) and weights in the late afternoon.

12 x 400 in 74.5 average. 200m jog recoveries in 56.5 average. Surprised to discover this added up to 4.375 miles total at 5:46 pace, not a bad tempo run!

6 incrediby slow miles yesterday afternoon.
avg 9:18 a mile. I'm wondering if I ran a little too far.
even if I did, it wasn't by much, I was just waaaayyy sloooow.
