Stretch / Abs / Tricep followed by a 30 minute Tempo Run.
1 mile warm-up, 4 miles Tempo, 1 mile cool down.
Splits:
1) 9:10
2) 7:58
3) 7:51
4) 8:09
5) 7:33
6) 8:44
49:27 for 6 miles.
