it's about as cold as it gets... we get the clump of days whent the wind and the cold mix perfectly and it's a windchill of -58 F.. your exposed skin *will* freeze in less then 2 minutes. 
it does get up to a sweltering 80F + in the summer though. feel free to stop in for a bbq.
days like this i just want to stay in bed til 1 and watch the olympics... but that's what i did yesterday. and today i have to try again to get a job.

winds are 30 mph right now. We are staying above zero....until tomorrow....when we get to shovel our foot and half of snow
