that I should get. Foot Remedy Inserts it's an orthotic that is supposed to be pretty good. it's an intermediate step to custom orthotics.


I'm hoping it will work.

Plus it's a Pittsburgh Company! there's nothing like supporting a local business. Very Happy

the race packet on saturday had a brochure from these people:

Confused

i've got custom orthotics and i accidentally ran without them recently and it was hellasucky!

i was thinking of trying superfeet though.

superfeet is in big troube in WI......bait/switch.....advertise $60 and nothing is less than $200. just heard it on the news this am
