Sadly, I know how you feel.
I'm only 4'11" and by the end of the day, my pantyhose will have started to "pool" at my ankles and I look like I'm wearing granny hose. The breaks of the average woman being 5'3" or taller.
I'm also thinking of switching to sportsbras everyday. Not very flattering, but damn skippy...they are comfortable. I think the sportsbra unflattering look is much better than underwire poking and the ensuing unleveled boobelage from removing the poky underwire.

sorry, it just slipped out  dont worry, ive only got an inch on you...
i hate buying panty hose. i have to buy the smallest size available and they are always too long and i always feel like im stuffing sausage trying to squeeze my thighs into them, especially since ive packed on the pounds because of the thyroid meds...
however, i love my underwire bras. i buy the expensive VS ones just so i dont have to deal with poking and other related issues...
