See, there are just some things that medical science should shy away from. Maybe though this is like early versions of the birth control pill, which was wicked strong compared with today's versions. Over time they learned to control the amount to do just what was needed and no more.
Man, though, by hour three or so, you gotta think that's startin' to hurt!

heck...I tend not to wait to let him do anything. Proactive, not reactive is sometimes my motto.
Okay, here's the poop. I just asked three guys at work who I can ask these sorts of things... ALL THREE have used one of those pills (at least once). One man did indeed consider whether he needed to go to the emergency room after four hours. Instead he went to out to eat and then went home to take care of business.

I assume these men where non-impotent when they took the pill (i.e. had no prior trouble waking the one eyed snake)?
Why would you take one of those pills if you didn't NEED to?

Wait a minute. Let me see if I'm reading this right.
The guy took this pill, and gets the desired result. Four hours pass by, and he still has same desired result. He then goes "out to eat and then went home to take care of business."
If he went home to take care of business, the pill was still doing its job, no? This means HE WENT OUT TO EAT IN THAT CONDITION.
Please tell me he didn't go out for donuts.
