Hello all~
My name is Julie and I am a beginning runner who just found this forum today! I am learning to love running (actually, I've always loved it, just never had guts enough to try it for myself before!).
I am 40 y/o (soon to be 41 in a couple of months),and a mother of 6 children, 3 step children and Grandma of 3.
I hope to make some new friends on this journey and learn new techniques from folks who know what I am going through when I say "if it doesn't kill me, it'll make me better!" LOL!

Welcome and it sounds like you have some built in cross-training. i.e. chasing kids.
