Actually, after forty-nine years, I just got my first filling. I blame it all on the crabcakes ( to LC and MW). It's been less than an hour since the dentist did it, and the only place my mouth is sore is where they did all the locals - I stopped counting after seven.
Now, if I could only eat something...

Hmm..I've never had a filling yet. I wind up with the good stuff, like root canals and impacted wisdom teeth extractions.

I had a bunch of filling done last year...good times.. good times!!!!
I got the white enamel stuff...not the silver. Didn't want to kick it TOO old school!

you mean you got the silver mercury fillings G??? the ones i've spent the last 10 years having replaced with nice white ceramic fillings due to my fear of mercury poisoning causing me to be moody and bloated and crabby most of my adult life?? those kind?
i hope not.
i can't believe anyone lives past the age of 10 without a filling..........wth???? where did i go wrong?????
