It happens every winter. Mr. and Mrs. Hayes can't seem to agree on the thermostat setting. I think 69° is high enough and Mrs. Hayes seems to think that a balmy 71° is just about right.

What is yours set on?

I'm kind of a tightwad, yet a little cold natured. So I set my heat on 68, but my AC on 78 (76 if its really bad).

I'd take 67 anyday, but with Tracy and Mikey around it's more like 71.

Also the one who's colder doesn't take all his/her clothes off during naps. Either a shirt or socks stay on. The warmer one thinks this is strange. The colder one offered the warmer one a choice and the warmer one settled for semi-naked naps.

With my 3-yr old determined to be "underwear boy" all winter, 72 is about where it stays.

Since we got new windows 2 years ago, we were able to drop the temp from 70-71 to 68-69 because there is not draft anymore.

I think we keep the AC set at about that during the summer. I'm so rarely inside during the summer months that I hardly notice the temps.
