I've got ours set to 76°F, it keeps the downstairs cool, but the upstairs gets a little too toasty for me. Sometimes Mrs. H will just shut the A/C off at night. Mad

78 day, 75 or lower at night. Nothing worse than it being too hot to sleep.

78 during the day. We turn ours off around 8 PM but keep the ceiling fans on and that keeps us cool enough.

I guess I am a polar bear.

If I am in a climate-controlled place, that is the temperature the room will be. End of story.

usually 77 or 78 currently
At night we usually have a box fan in teh hallway just to circulate air a little since the a/c doesn't kick on as much.

I'm a below 70 kind of girl. Mr. Green I don't know how you people can sleep at 78 degrees. Maybe my body temp is higher. I've been told that I radiate heat at night.

I don't have air conditioning, but when I lived in phoenix I kept it at 85 in the summer. Yes, 85.

In the winter here in the tundra, I keep the heat around 75.
