hope the insurance works out. sounds like there are a few witnesses to back you up in the event of shenanigans. but a no kids policy might but looked into for later on (though i'll let your lawyer figure that out for you Very Happy).

it's good that it was only a little snip.

i recall the time a child made it behind our counter at work.. just ran right into the drivethru... and damned if we had thought fast enough to get him out - but the owner was right on it (she's a mom like that).

anyway - we know full well that the first call is to the owner. they made it known to us that they don't care if it's at 3am, they'd rather know about it.

First call to your boss. Whether it be mgmt or owner.

Second, I'm sorry this happened. I'll bet the mom feels all kinds of horrible. Here she's trying to do something to better herself--probably one of the only things she gets for herself--and this happens. She is probably embarrassed and upset that this happened.

I'm sorry it happened in your gym.

this confirms that yesterday was clearly a day from hell for you...wow. Shocked sorry about the accident but it could have been so much worse. i'm glad she is not physically compromised in any way, i'm sure her mom feels awful on lots of levels...

time for some new guidelines maybe.

Thanks everybody for the comments. We have considered the kid thing many times among the owners. We always come back to the fact that this class promotes a family atmosphere. Something our members encourage and enjoy. Still thinking about it here though. RR you are right. Yesterday seems like it should have been Friday the 13th or something. Oh, but I did encounter the cow on Friday the 13th. Confused
