Thanks Riff- Raffers, some of you asked about how Tim went last week after being promoted into the First IX cricket side.
Well being a lower order batsman he only made 8 runs ( Vermont all out for 187) but he is in the side primarily as a bowler and he gets his chance this Saturday.
I should mention that cricket at this grade is played over two days.

I think we played something like this when I was a kid - we called it "Tin Can Alley." Used bowling pins for the wickets, baseball bats for cricket bats, and a softball. The other big difference was you could play this with just two on a side.
