(a mini-rant for venting purposes)

So...last weekend I'm awakened by the worst charlie horse evah. I spent the rest of the week try to coax the left calf muscle to unknot -- for some reason, walking down stairs is the most bothersome.

A couple of days ago, as the calf is beginning to return to normal, I strained something in the back of my left thigh. So this keeps me walking / hobbling for fitness. ARGH! TOO SLOW!

I know the feeling. I've been struggling with injuries most of this year. Evil or Very Mad Patience and rest are the best medicine even though it's difficult to stay off of it.
