Yes, we are. And we wish to extend to you a warm invitation to join us. |
No we don't! Texans are friendly, warm, and accepting. Elkid wouldn't know how to act.
I think she's (not so)secretly afraid to come to Texas. |
Alan - I'll be doing Ocean Drive in NJ that day. Sorry I will miss you.
Katt - I'm not sorry I will miss you .

I made the TX marathon an official Race Together event in Cool Running with so many new runners looking for a spring race and some old Kick/CR/RR attending the event as well.

I'm tentatively planning to run the marathon...depends on whether I feel ready to do Cowtown. I definitely will participate however to some degree and want to meet all the RR folks that are participating.

I'm sorry guys, but it is becoming a smaller possibility now. I'm not sure I can afford the gas or the mileage on my truck.
I'll make the final determination by the end of January.

Okay Katt you convinced me. I'm doing the full Cowtown. It will be my first marathon since 2001 and I am only going to be able to get one 20 miler in before the race but I've always wanted to do Cowtown. As far as the Texas Marathon, I'll either hook up for a relay leg or run the 5K.
