I always pack my lunch and bring it to work. It's not really lunch though, it's more of a buffet that I snack on all day. Anyway, I got to work this morning and put it on the scale that we use to ship UPS stuff. 7 lbs. of food! Shocked Granted there was a can of tuna, a can of corn and a can of pineapple but subtract the weight of the steel cans and the banana peels and that's still a lot of food. I don't pack anything to drink either.

I already ate before I got to work and I'll still be hungry when I get home too. Shocked Good grief Charlie Brown, my guts must be working overtime.

I'm around 4000 a day, I'd bet you were considerably more with all the riding you do.

7 lbs of food?! And I thought I ate a lot!

If you're hungry all day, your body must need it for all that training. fubby
