I did this for the first time this weekend - sat in the hot tub, did some log rolls in the snow, then jumped back into the hot tub. I must say that I didn't see the appeal. It HURTS! Pain bad.

I just read about this a few weeks ago. As I recall, the guy interviewed said it was 'invigorating.' Guess that's not universal.
