she dances while sitting down...
she has her mouth pinched in a way that she looks like she is about to kiss someone, and does this jerky motion...

This is what you get working with creative people... Give me a loading dock any day - you can't get too creative with pallets and a forklift...
Besides, if anyone started acting like that at work, we'd be calling 911 to have them taken away for a "little talk"
