Two big dump trucks with plows and a front-end loader....this oughta be good! A shame it took my next door neighbor calling the fire company to report that not only was our fire entrance lane blocked by 6 feet of snow, but our hydrant is about 7 under between the drifting and the pile up from the first and only plowing yesterday! Yeesh, and what does our $200/month association fee pay for exactly?
This is going to be amusing, wish I had a webcam......

No, those of us who could move did so, and more are moving as the spots are being cleared. I think I am going to take this opportunity to go on a salvage mission to the supermarket and see if the vultures left anything.

I just hope you don't want milk or eggs or bread. You know the rule...when there is a blizzard, make french toast in copious amounts (I assume that's why everyone scrambles so greedily for these items).
When they are done with you can you send them to our street and alley please? Both are undriveable with my car. I had to park on another street after I got the car dug out and it took 3 guys pushing while I drove.Pretty damn funny, actually.

Do you rent? If so, is that $200 above the rent?

No, most townhouse communities here have similar setups to condo associations, but it is a monthly fee above your house payment, so I guess it is kinda the same thing! Pains in the ass they are too with all their Stepford rules.....but the community is well known for being the most preferred in our area and everyone there is really cool. I can't complain there. You should have seen it today, it was really quite a spectacle. They still haven't come to remove all the snow, but the kids are having a blast on the HUGE piles.....
