Oy Vey this has had to have been the worst xcountry meet yet. For one thing I felt totally out of my body Confused I NEVER got excited or anxious for my race. Felt way weird. Then durning the race i usually look down at the ground to see where i am running but this time i just looked up ahead and almost sprained my ankle like 5 times Shocked sheesh. There was a pretty steep hill there too. Woah baby was that a booger to climb! My time was alil slower than i would have liked but I was happy with how i did given all the circumstances. Oh and memo to myself: Dont eat faghitas the day of your race Mr. Green tchus

what WERE you thinking?! Fajitas??? You're young...you'll figger it out Mr. Green (Pssssst...bagels work well for me Wink )

Listen...you need to post yer times there swee pea, and remember, every race is different. You've got too many variables going on to compare your meets.....unless you run the exact same course and the weather conditions are exactly the same...and we all know that ain't happenin.

I'm told you run 2.5miles in: 16:15, 16:? and 16:33 (Hilly race!) that is a 6:30ish pace! It's your first year! You are doing excellent.

If ya want it, you can have it. Just keep focused....and next race... look ahead, but keep your eyes focused on the ground ahead of you so you know the terrain! Cool

I love you pink love
