Libby rocks (today is her 12th birthday) because she knows how to push my buttons, is very smart, rocks on the gamecube, and is a huge help around the house. Great artist as well.
Will (7) rocks because even though the requirement for reading in 1st grade is 60-90 words per minute, the child read 206 wpm last night. Amazing for a kid who didn't want to pick up a book at the beginning of the school year. He's also a gamecube genius, brilliant artist, and hella smart.
Jake (3) rocks because he is walking into and out of preschool... carrying his book bag, and being a big boy. He is also the sweetest little guy ever, has improved by leaps and bounds with the speech thing, and has great manners.
thanks for letting me gush!

My little guy rocks because of his sweet, laid back personality. He's hitting the tantrum stage now, and it's so fubby to watch him totally break down and throw down on the floor, only to realize after a minute it's much more fun to go outside and see the grass. I love looking at his face and seeing my husband and every time I think about him I just get all warm inside. He is truly a miracle and blessing to have in my life.
Plus, he's just so cute!!!!

Maddy (Madeline) (8, her pic is on my profile) rocks because she's the smartest kid I know (Daddy, were you aware that ALL precipitation starts out as snow?), funny as all get out (I'm writing a story about a lepruchan named STANLEY who's nickname is "Fergiddy" and he forgets everything, and he forgets to wear green and then he forgets to pinch people on St. Patricks Day and then he forgets and pinches people who ARE wearing green) sweet ([looking at a room full of art done by students who are blind or visually impaired "Wow that's wonderful art whether they're blind or not...) and one of my best friends EVAH!!! I'd be lost without her and look forward every minute of every day when I know I'm going to get to see her, even if it is just the ten minutes I get to see her on the days I take her to school. She's gonna be a Tony Award winner or an Academy Award winner (ask her about her movie, Manic Monday, a take-off of Freaky Friday...) or, all awards and all that baloney aside, just as NEAT and WONDERFUL as she is now! To say Madeline rocks is a total understatement!

Molly, your kid looks way too neat and clean.
I'll bring Marcus over to edumacate him in the fine arts of destruction and mayhem.
PS. If he has a favorite toy, Marcus is going to take it. (that's what he does at daycare)
(He's super funny and silly, but he wants what he wants, and is not afraid to take, sneak, do whatever is necessary. Sometimes, if I tell him no, he hits me. )

kidrock rocks just because. he's 16 this week and i can tell you from the bottom of my heart, he has never once given me one ounce of trouble in any way, shape, or form. he's an excellent golfer, backyard wide receiver, architect in the making. he's lived with a chronic illness since his third birthday and, except for some toddler squabbling, has never once complained about living with diabetes - never once. he's been thru it and he rocks.
littlegirl rocks just because too. all those superficial things are right in place with her - straight As, piano student extraordinaire, fastest sprinter in her school, etc., etc...blah, blah, blah. most of all, she rocks because she makes me laugh. i mean belly laugh, tears run down my face, sides ache, fall on the bed to catch our breath laugh - together. it is a divine gift, i am certain. with her i have discovered the very meaning of soulmate.

All three of my kidlets rock because they've grown up to be perfectly wonderful adults. All three are in college and are honor students. The oldest boy kidlet is handsome, hilariously funny, sentimental and traditional. Family traditions will live on through him, for sure. The middlest girl kidlet is smart, beautiful, horrible with money but plans on making a lot, and is kind and generous. The youngest girl kidlet is beautiful, warm, compassionate, incredibly impatient (I don't know where she gets it ) and well on her way to being the bestest nurse in the world. The youngest kidlet gets extra points for allowing her mom to use her as a photo model. Especially since she's so incredibly inpatient.
Oh yeah, and I rock because I've survived all three of them!

I agree! I don't think either of my kids ever looked that organized.
