And from a tiny balcony that overlooks the neighbor's pool
The (Christrian?) warlord of On-Topic dreams of a concrete busting bomb-
and begins to drool.

"Free the Arab women from the veil! " says the warlord to his wife, thinking how she'd benefit from the plastic surgeon's knife.

The warlord of On-Topic wanders off to bed
And lies there wondering

It should be apparent WTR. It's a thought on the OT commentaries on war and religion. Another look at it in the big picture from some guys from Phar's country (twenty-five years ago):

The god-forsaken rifleman stands rigid at the bar
The kids discover victims in the rubble and the tar
They're married to ambition to the slogans of the war
Slogans that used to be scrawled on the wall and written in the heart

A woman bows to Mecca and she struggles to her feet
It's better since the president took shooting off the street
She pictures all the poverty the cursed holy war
Pictures that used to be scrawled on the wall are written in the heart

The elders make a promise and they forge it in the fire
The general's car is sabotaged, four bullets in the tire
With the burning of the words there goes the scorching of the heart
