I have a hard time running a straight mile for time, I can't pace it right. |
Shovel off the inside lane.

That first lap is gonna be pretty slow, but Coach can make up time on the following three I'd wager.

I ran by myself, and thought I was going to die the whole way.

Not as bad as I thought while I was running.

I'm not proud: 8.48. I was kind of disgusted with this, but then I thought about it, I've just been trying to get the miles in this winter, have had an erratic running schedule at best, and then the temp is 65 degrees!
So I can only improve, I hope in a month time.
