According to my Technical Terms in Medicine and Bioscience Prof, It's a word made up entirely by Greek components- 45 letters in total!

OK. Asking 'cause I don't know. What's the longest word used in regular (i.e., non-business) conversation? And, no, "antidisestablishmentarianism" does not count. Use your own judgemnet what counts as regular conversation.
