anyone have any thoughts on this?
They dedicated ESPN's Outside the Lines to this on Sunday.
I'm telling ya, I love Lance and want to believe him, but some of the things they were talking about, and showed on the program were pretty scary.
Why would Greg LeMonde come out and talk about Lance like this?
I'm just confused, and hope some of you who are better informed than I can fill in some of the blanks.

Apparently I've missed something. I'll check back when someone fills in the blanks. The cycling stuff is pretty new to me but I do like him.

He is perhaps the most tested athlete in the United States, and has come up negative every single time. The French Media is on a witch hunt, and will go to every extreme to trash LA, and the United States in general.

I agree! I read an article where Lance said "If I leave a Vit. B12 sitting out on the table they think I'm doing drugs!" That is just CRAZY! I think Greg has an issue with Lance. According to this article it isn't the first time Greg has said something negative (and/or regarding doping) about Lance. Lance said he is very hurt that Greg is saying this type of stuff about him.
I think Lance is clean and I'm sticking to that story. I think he is just a tremendous athlete!
GO LANCE!!!!

It's all talking head mumbo-jumbo. Where's their "proof" if they have something? Can't the skeptics of the world sit back for once and enjoy the greatest athlete the US has? I think it's an embarassing and undermining that the likes of Lemond and other doom-gloom spinsters go out of their way to demean Lance like this.

Until someone tests positive for illegal drugs, i am inclined to believe that athlete when he (or she, in the case of Marion Jones) says he is clean.
