I went and saw The Guardian on opening day. It was an awesome movie. I just have one question maybe someone will know something about this. Did they run out of money, couldnt edit or reshoot? Because when I saw it there were a lot of scenes where you saw the mic come down into the picture from the top and one point you actually saw a camera man. Anyone else see this?? Sucks though because it was a good movie!

That's sucky! Nothing ruins a movie more than crappy mistakes.

I hadn't decided whether or not to see it. Ashton K. rates about as high as gum disease for me.

The camera man being in the frame is an editing issue because the filmmakers missed getting him out of the frame.

The mic coming down off the top is a theatre issue. That is a case of the theatre misframing the film with the projector and screen.
