Well, I'm back from the interview and I can say this unequivically...
I WANT THIS JOB!!!
The school is awesome! It's brand new, and I would be teaching in a "new" position. which means i'm not replacing anyone.
i would get a $5,000 raise if i get the position.if i get a coaching position with it, it'd be @ $7,000! 
I have had a lot of interviews, and worked at 4 different schools in my career, and I want this position more than any other I have ever interviewed for. Everything about it is great.
The interview went very well, I thought, and I really think I have an excellent chance for this job. Please keep my in your thoughts and prayers, I know there are more pressing needs in the world out there, but this looks like the opportunity of a lifetime. I could see myself retiring from this school. Sounds crazy, I know.
The only thing negative about it, was that I forgot to mention Joel's name. Hopefully, they overlooked that. 
Anyways, there is my interview report. Thanks to everyone for all their encouragement throughout this job search process. You guys are great.
