This is great news!!! Congrats LC.....but what the heck made you pick Maine? It's beautiful up there, I'm totally jealous.....but looking forward to visiting.

I'd move to NM before I moved to ME, but I like the heat more than the cold.  | I can't deal with heat, humid or dry. Went out many years ago to Nebraska (which is dry) to see LC's family. Changed a tire - maybe all of fifteen minutes - wound up with second-degree burns (? - the level that includes the blisters) on ALL of my back and shoulders.
