My normal 7 mile route 6:15 in the morning today. A little more tired than yesterday but the weather was a little nicer. It was in the low sixtys as compared to the low 40's yesterday. It took me 59:19 this morning.

Another day off. I'm on the injured reserve list. Now my whole kneecap feels stiff and hurts. I'm hoping it's just an overuse injury, I couldn't even pinpoint what's wrong.
