Posted: 01/03/06 - 10:12 Post subject: That was the longest
holiday season ever for me. I took two weeks off, during which my 18mo daughter and I were sick the entire time. Then my wife got sick. Then my mom, visiting from out of town, got sick. Then I got bronchitis. Then we got freezing rain, so we were totally house bound. Then I had to go back to work.
Everyone in my family is fine, except for me. I'm still feeling the effects of bronchitis and cough up a lung or two at any attempt of physical activity.
I was about to snap, so I sucked it up and ran yesterday for 5km, and I'm sure that everyone within 5km of me heard me barking the whole way. Gonna try a spin class today, so if you hear coughing and barking around lunch time, it's just me.

I'm so sorry that you spent your Holiday being sick. You guys were just getting over a chest cold not long ago, right? Hope your feeling better soon. BTW, running is the best expectorant there is.

and this year's round is particularly crappy! It took me a month to get over mine. I had 10 days of Keflex, 14 days of Cipro, and then another 10 days of amoxicillin before I finally got rid of it all.
Get better!
